This is a very rare promotional record from 1978. This was never available for public sale and was meant for radio AirPlay only.

“Earth, Wind & Fire’s Greatest Hits For Radio Only”

It says “Demonstration Only Not For Sale” on the top of the label on the record.

This is from my father‘s collection. He worked in the industry in the 1970s and 80s.

Please note the initials TW are written on the top right corner front as shown in the photos and there is a sticker on the top left with the letter E this was for cataloging / alphabetizing purposes.

The record sounds awesome. It has barely been played. This has been in a climate controlled record room since the 70s.

Vinyl condition: I have very conservatively graded this vinyl as VG+. It has barely been played and as you can hear from the video sample, it sounds phenomenal, but I want everyone to be happy and I know of many people have many different opinions on grading. Please hear the audio sample and review all photos to make your own decision on grading, it is at the very least VG+ and many sellers would sell this graded higher

The cover shows some signs of age and wear. I’ve done my best to show this in photos. This record is nearly 50 years old. You should expect signs of age, dings on corners, fading, yellowing, creases, etc.

Please note: To me collecting vinyl records is fun. It brings back awesome memories and I love the nostalgia, but I would like to make it VERY CLEAR I do not wish to deal with picky vinyl collectors. If you inspect records with a white glove or find yourself purposely looking for a flaw in a record you purchase online PLEASE FIND THIS RECORD ELSEWHERE.

I SAY THIS ON ALL OF MY LISTINGS. VINYL IS NEVER PERFECT. A 50-YEAR-OLD RECORD OR COVER IS GOING TO SHOW AGE AND IS NEVER GOING TO BE FLAWLESS.
