Original AFRTS transcription LP RL‑31‑9, pairing Booker Ervin’s The In Between with The Buddy Rich Big Band’s Mercy, Mercy. Produced exclusively for U.S. service members and distributed to bases worldwide, AFRTS discs were never sold commercially. These pressings often show factory quirks and light inherent noise even when new.
