Up for sale is an exceptionally clean, archive-worthy original pressing of the highly sought-after Modern Soul / Boogie 45 by Tutty Gadson on the private Earthatone Records label (GR 3841).

Featuring the heavy, bassline-driven floor shaker \"Ain\'t No J.O.B.S.\" backed with the ultra-smooth boogie groove \"Brought Back That Feeling,\" this self-produced LA release had a tiny regional pressing run in the 1980s and rarely surfaces in collector-grade condition.

Most surviving copies show heavy club play, ring wear, or cue burn. This copy is a rare exception—boasting original high gloss and razor-sharp labels that make it an essential upgrade copy for serious 80s Boogie, Modern Soul, and private-press collectors.

Condition Details:

Vinyl: EX / NM. The playing surface retains intense factory shine and deep luster. Free of deep scratches, major scuffs, or play wear.

Labels: EX / NM. Extremely crisp, vibrant red print over clean silver stock. Centered printing, clean center hole, and completely free of ink, stamps, stickers, or spindle marks. This is in AWESOME amazing condition as shown / sold as is.

Artist Bio:

Tutty Gadson was an independent Los Angeles-based R&B vocalist, producer, and arranger active during the 1980s. Operating outside the major label circuit, Gadson self-produced infectious, synthesizer-and-slap-bass-driven tracks tailored for local West Coast clubs. His DIY production aesthetic and soulful vocals earned his small catalog a dedicated cult following among modern soul DJs and vinyl diggers worldwide.

Label Bio:

Earthatone Records was a short-lived, independent vanity label based out of 9th Street in Los Angeles, California. Operating with very limited regional distribution, Earthatone\'s small output consisted almost entirely of obscure, high-energy Modern Soul and Boogie 45s pressed in small quantities. Due to the tiny distribution footprint, original Earthatone pressings are widely considered grail-status additions to 1980s indie-soul collections.
