These discs were part of my DJ Dave working music library and were used, archived, and stored as part of my professional DJ collection over the years.Unlike a standard weekly Top Hits USA run, this RU Collection lot focuses more on specialty material, including remix versions, dance-oriented tracks, Contemporary Christian music, and country remix selections. These types of discs were useful for working DJs, radio programmers, specialty shows, and collectors looking for versions that were not always found on regular retail CDs.Before streaming playlists, download pools, and algorithm-driven music discovery became the norm, promo discs like these helped DJs and radio programmers find alternate mixes, crossover tracks, club-friendly versions, and specialty-format music.For collectors, DJs, and radio-history fans, this lot is a nice snapshot of the CD-era promo world — when music was distributed physically and specialty versions could be harder to find outside of radio and DJ service libraries.Condition:Discs are in good used condition overall and have been stored in soft sleeves.
